This was a complimentary trip. I appreciate Dan's willingness to help me out vs charging for a whole new system. The only downside to Pipecraft is having to wait a couple days for non emergency issues. Don't be turned off by this, it's worth the wait. I called on a Thursday and Dan came to my home on Saturday morning (non emergency weekend appointments available). He was on time and very professional. After listening to my problem/issue/concern, it was determined that no work was to be performed. Pipecraft does not charge a diagnostic fee!!
