Recirculation works through a pump activated by a switch or motion sensor, providing energy and water efficiency. The pump moves ambient-temperature water back to the tankless water heater, and a sensor shuts off the pump when hot water arrives at the farthest tap.

I had to reschedule after getting the stove out, the owner very kindly moved things around their schedule so Trevor could come back sooner.
